Siyanna founded Fair Ground after years of watching well-meaning organizations miss the people they were trying to serve. She's a social worker, a strategist, and someone who grew up in North St. Louis knowing exactly what it feels like when a neighborhood gets designed around you instead of with you.
That experience doesn't leave the room when she walks into a client engagement. It's the foundation of everything Fair Ground does.
