01. WE WORK |  Fair Ground Impact takes on high-level strategy contracts with corporate and government partners.

02. WE PLEDGE |  We commit a percentage of our agency profits directly to the Fair Play Fund.

03. WE INVEST | That money goes out the door—funding student projects, scholarships, and neighborhood improvements. No red tape. Just impact.

THE "FAIR GROUND" FLYWHEEL.

HOW IT WORKS

We are building a self-sustaining engine for public good.

For Student & Community-Led Solutions.
Got an idea to fix your block? We back it. We provide seed funding for youth and residents to launch their own impact projects, from recycling programs to art installations.

WHERE THE MONEY GOES

the funds

01. THE INNOVATION FUND (Project Stipends)

For Schools & Public Places.
We fund physical upgrades that create safety and dignity. This includes funding "Restorative Quiet Rooms" in schools, park seating, or community garden infrastructure.

02. THE SPACE FUND (Built Environment)

For Scholarships & Essential Needs
Sometimes the barrier is small, but the cost is high. We provide scholarships for college tech, application fees, or funding for community events (like Back-to-School fairs) that bring joy to the block

THE OPPORTUNITY FUND (People & Joy)

you move. your impact

Have an idea for your neighborhood? Applications for the next round of Fair Play Grants open in Spring 2026.

FOR STUDENTS & RESIDENTS

Sponsor a specific project  and see exactly where your dollars go.

FOR CORPORATE PARTNERS

sponsorship application

"Fair Ground Impact is a Social Purpose LLC. While we are not a 501(c)(3), 100% of sponsorship funds go directly to project materials for our youth workshops. Support the work and get your brand listed as a Fair Play Partner."

NOTHING ABOUT US WITHOUT US.

Fair Play is guided by a Community Advisory Council, a group of youth leaders, educators, organizers, and residents from the neighborhoods we serve.

The Council exists to keep us honest. They review our programming, challenge our assumptions, and ensure Fair Play stays rooted in the communities we're built to serve, not in a boardroom somewhere far removed from reality.
