Fair Play is what happens when the work pays for itself — and then some. We built Fair Ground with a simple model: every consulting engagement we take on contributes directly to free programming in communities that don't have the budget to hire anyone.
That means youth leadership workshops, neighborhood activation events, hot meals programs, and community gatherings — delivered at no cost to the organizations and communities that need them most.

The Idella Access Scholarship is named in honor of Idella — a woman who embodied strength, care, and unwavering support for her family and community. As a matriarch who raised generations, she represents what it means to show up, provide, and make a way.
This scholarship is designed to remove barriers and expand access to opportunities, resources, and experiences — wherever support is needed most. Funding may be used for education, transportation, programs, career exposure, or other needs that impact access and opportunity.
It reflects a commitment to making sure young people have what they need to move forward — not just within one program, but in life.

The Community Impact Cohort is a leadership-based experience designed for young people who want to create meaningful change in their communities.
Using a place-based approach, participants learn how to observe, understand, and respond to real needs in their environment.
Each participant identifies a focus area and takes action by either launching a small initiative or partnering with a local nonprofit, school, or community organization.
This cohort emphasizes practical experience, critical thinking, and community engagement — ensuring participants leave with tangible impact, not just ideas.
