Founder & Lead Principal · Social Worker · Community Strategist

Siyanna Mahan founded Fair Ground Impact with a professional foundation in social work and a lifelong commitment to community building. She navigates the vital intersection of people, place, and possibility — grounded in a North St. Louis upbringing that shaped her understanding of what it feels like when design and planning happen to a community rather than with it.

Her approach is deeply relational and future-focused. She doesn't just design programs or consult on engagement; she builds ecosystems where organizations and communities can grow together. By translating complex community needs into tangible strategies and experiences, Siyanna helps organizations move beyond static ideas toward active, sustained participation.

She is completing her Master of Social Work at Howard University (graduating July 2026) and brings expertise spanning community engagement, spatial justice, youth development, and organizational strategy.
